TAOTECH collects only the contact and property details needed to review and respond to an enquiry.
Information collected
Name, contact details, service requirement, property type, area, urgency, message, source page and optional campaign parameters. Providing an email address is optional.
Use and sharing
Details are used to respond, prepare a quotation and manage follow-up. They may pass through a configured automation workflow and an approved storage provider. Your information is not sold.
Consent (POPIA)
We only contact you about your enquiry after you tick the consent box. There is no pre-checked marketing consent, and we collect the minimum information necessary.
Retention and your rights
The current configurable retention period is 90 days. To request access, correction or deletion of your information where applicable, contact tavotechn@gmail.com.

Non-essential analytics load only when configured. A consent mechanism must be enabled before any analytics requiring consent are activated.
